This White Chocolate Fudge can be used for any holiday or any time of year, but I developed it to be a festive Christmas fudge. It’s easy to customize it with different add-ins based on what you want–see my notes below. Either way, it is truly the easiest recipe you’ll come across for a quick dessert with minimal effort. It’ll be great to add to your sweet treats line up or as a part of your homemade gifts.
Recipe Ingredients–What You Need
This recipe calls for just 2 simple ingredients with optional add-ins.
14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Condensed milk has a lot of sugar, so this isn’t a low-sugar treat. I look for organic sweetened condensed milk to reduce synthetic pesticides and any contaminants that can come with conventional dairy.
3 cups White Chocolate Chips
You can use regular white chocolate chips, or the no-added-sugar stevia sweetened kind. Using the latter will reduce the overall sugar contents if that’s something you’re hoping to do.
Optional toppings or add-ins
I topped mine with naturally-colored red and green sprinkles to make this perfect for the holiday season. Other options include dried cranberries or cherries, nuts, chopped/crushed candy canes, or peanut butter swirls.
How to Make White Chocolate Fudge
- Add parchment paper to an 8X8 inch square pan so there is overhang on two sides. Spray lightly with cooking spray.

- Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium glass bowl. Place in the microwave and heat 60-90 seconds, until the chips are melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler on the stovetop to melt the white chocolate chips.
- Stir the melted chips and milk together until they are fully combined. {If you’d like to include an add-in like dried cranberries or nuts, stir them in now}
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to even the top. {Add any toppings to the top and gently press them in now, if using}
- Cover and place in the refrigerator to let the fudge set, at least 4 hours.

- When the fudge is firm, use the parchment paper to pull it from the pan. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 24-30 pieces of fudge.
- This homemade fudge cane stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
This creamy white chocolate fudge is really the best fudge when it comes to bang for your buck. You really can’t go wrong with this easy white chocolate fudge base recipe–customize it however you like, it’s the perfect canvas for so many easy fudge recipes you can make your own!
