Description

This is the easiest fudge recipe you’ll ever make and it’s creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add parchment paper to an 8X8 inch square pan so there is overhang on two sides. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium glass bowl. Place in the microwave and heat 60-90 seconds, until the chips are melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler on the stovetop to melt the white chocolate chips.
  3. Stir the melted chips and milk together until they are fully combined. {If you’d like to include an add-in like dried cranberries or nuts, stir them in now}
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to even the top. {Add any toppings to the top and gently press them in now, if using}
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator to let the fudge set, at least 4 hours.
  6. When the fudge is firm, use the parchment paper to pull it from the pan. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 24-30 pieces of fudge.
  7. This homemade fudge cane stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
