Although I acquired an Irish name when I married, I’m far from knowing much about traditional Irish cooking. Instead of potatoes and soda bread, I’m focusing on eating green foods on St. Patrick’s Day. I thought it would be a fun challenge to try to eat at least one green food with every meal. Are you in?
