Can you feel it?

Summer is fleeting.

Slipping away.

Don’t waste time. Make this Frozen Strawberry Lemonade Recipe before it’s too late. Before we know it, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are going to rule the day, the leaves will be falling, and we’ll be making healthy soups instead of frozen lemonades.

We recently tried the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade recipe from Panera Bread and fell in love with it. I knew I had to make it at home!

With fresh strawberries as the #1 ingredient and naturally sweetened with agave nectar, this is a healthier summer treat you can feel great about serving your kids.

Every single time I post a recipe with agave nectar, I get some people telling me that it’s not a healthy sweetener. I don’t think any sweetener is “healthy” and am a big proponent of moderation when it comes to sugars. So please keep that in mind.

I like to use agave nectar occasionally for a few reasons. One, it has a very neutral flavor, and sometimes I don’t want the flavor or honey or maple syrup in what I’m making. Second, it does have a low glycemic index, so it has a minimal short term effect on your blood sugar levels. That’s a good thing. I am aware that it’s high in fructose, which is why moderation is key. That’s my stance, so no comments needed. 😉 Feel free to use honey if you prefer. ❤️
