This Easy Pumpkin Hummus recipe just uses a few simple ingredients and makes a healthy snack or party appetizer!Easy Pumpkin Hummus Recipe

Pumpkin mania is in full swing and like every fall, I’m down with it. I am pretty much a #pumpkineverything kind of girl, even though we are a family divided.

Luke and I are Team Pumpkin, while Tim and Meghan are Team Meh. It’s not that they hate pumpkin spice, per say, it’s more that they can take it or leave it. What about you? Team Pumpkin?

I don’t mind because it just means there’s more pumpkin goodness for me to enjoy.

Pumpkin Hummus Recipe spread with dipping foodsThis is a sweet hummus, not savory, with pumpkin spice as the star flavor. (If you prefer chocolate, check out my Brownie Batter Hummus, too!) It calls for four simple ingredients and takes less than ten minutes to make.

What to Eat with Pumpkin Hummus

So you whip up a batch of this Easy Pumpkin Hummus, but now what? Well, you could eat it with a spoon, but you’ll probably want some vehicles for dipping. Here are my ideas:

  • cinnamon pita chips (the winner over here)
  • apple slices
  • pear slices
  • pretzels (sweet and salty is always a good idea!)
  • graham crackers
  • carrots (why not?!)

How to Make Sweet Pumpkin Hummus

It really couldn’t be easier to make this Easy Pumpkin Hummus! Place all of the ingredients (FOUR, remember?!) in your food processor and give it a whirl. Done. ENJOY your pumpkin goodness!!
