Summer is here and I’ve been living in the perfect tank top. For the first time in my life, I found the BEST tank that I can wear to the gym and that easily transitions into a wear-everyday tank. It’s the Copper Charged Tank from ZYIA Active. I’m excited to show you how I’ve been wearing this versatile tank!
It actually comes in seven colors, just five of which I’m showing you above. It comes in navy, red, black, white, turquoise, fog, and poppy. I am going to show you how I’ve been styling the white one!
Oh, and the best part? This tank top is only $31. It’s well-priced AND versatile. Side note: if you’re familiar with Lululemon, they have a VERY similar tank that retails for $58. Same look, same cut, same feel, but ZYIA isn’t overpriced. 😉
6 Ways to Wear the Perfect Tank Top
#1-Wear the Perfect Tank Top To the Gym
#2-Wear it With Shorts and a Kimono
Do you ever struggle to find the perfect layering tank under cardigans and kimonos? I do! The Copper Charged Tank is perfect because it’s fitted (but not too tight) and has good length. It can be tucked in or left out. Here I’m wearing it with a kimono from Target (This exact one isn’t available, but this one is similar) and these JCrew shorts in a slightly darker color.
#3-Wear the Perfect Tank Top Tucked into Your Mom Jeans
Whether you call them Hi Rise or Mom Jeans, you should rock them. And the Copper Charged Tank is perfect tucked into your mom jeans. I added a necklace for a pop of color and a hat to cover up my roots. (Honest talk here.) These jeans are from Madewell and I love the fit. And yes, this is a super grainy iPhone picture, but I’m happy and laughing so it stays.
#4 Wear it With White Jeans for the Ultimate Summer Look
I am pretty sure that you absolutely can’t go wrong with white jeans. They are a summer staple for me because they go with everything and scream summer. The White Copper Charged Tank looks great tucked into white jeans with a brown belt and brown wedges!
#5-Wear the Perfect Tank Top With A Jean Jacket
Without a doubt, the copper charged tank is perfect with a jean jacket. Any jacket, really, since it’s just a great layering piece. P.S. I’ve had this SAME jean jacket for 16 years. I’m pretty sure it’s considered vintage by now. It was a crazy $200 purchase on my teacher salary, but in the end…#worthit.
You can see other ways I style my white jeans in this Stitch Fix post.
#6 Wear it Under a Shorter Top
Can we talk about my crazy summer hair for a moment? I can’t control it. It won’t stop raining for more than 2 hours and it always just looks like this if it’s not up. I need to just wear hats every day.
But what you’re really interested in is the top, right? Any time you need a longer shirt to layer under something a little shorter, the copper charged tank is perfect. I have a long torso, so most tops are short on me. If you aren’t ready to rock the crop top, this tank is your friend. Here I’m wearing it with the ZYIA Yoga Shawl that comes in they gray you see here and also a deep plum.
