Remember that little stomach thing Luke had last week? Well, it turns out he had it first and the easiest. Meghan was next, followed by Tim, followed by me. I’m coming off of two days of laying in bed only to be interrupted by throwing up. Needless to say, I haven’t eaten a ton of plants this week. #fluabs
So my Eat More Plants Challenge Update is going to be not much of an update at all, and instead of boring you with the fact that I’ve only eaten crackers and a ginger soother drink since Tuesday, I thought I’d share some ideas for eating vegetables with breakfast.
One thing I’ve noticed in the days I have been eating and keeping track of my vegetable consumption is that when I have vegetables with breakfast it’s much easier to get in the allotted amount during the day. I seem to feel better when I have vegetables with breakfast, too. Maybe it’s all in my mind?
