Who are we kidding, anyway? Sure, we workout to keep our hearts healthy and for extra strength and energy to tackle life. There can be a multitude of reasons we choose to exercise.
But let’s not deny there’s a big reason that motivates most of us to stay consistent with our fitness.
We all want to look better naked.
There. I said it.
Now that we got that out of the way, you should know that some forms of fitness that are going to accomplish that goal better than others. Strength training and certain body weight exercises (like a lot of the moves in this Booty Workout) are more effective in changing how your body looks than straight cardio.
This workout is designed with exercise moves that are specifically meant to lift and tone your body so it looks better naked.

YOU’LL NEED A STOP WATCH ⏲
Set your timer for 3 mins and continue to do these movements until the time is up.
Butt kicks X 20 total reps
Squats X 15 total reps
Calf raises X 10 total reps
Jump squat X 5 total reps
I challenge you to 3 Rounds of these 5 stations.
For each station, the first movement is timed and you’ll complete as many reps as possible during that time. The second movement you will complete the number of reps indicated.
FIRE HYDRANT X 45 seconds each leg
Mountain climbers X 50 total reps
Donkey kicks X 45 seconds each leg(Add weights between leg for challenge)
Plank jacks X 40 total reps
Standing Side leg lift X 45 second each leg
Butterfly Glute Bridge X 30 total reps
Kneeling Straight leg lifts X 45 seconds each leg
Squats X 20 total reps (use weights for a bigger challenge)
Cross behind lunges X 45 seconds (use weights for a bigger challenge)
High Plank leg extension X 10 total reps

These run true to size and are intentionally very compressive. They won’t budge during your workout! RC stands for recycled content–these are made from recycled water bottles!
This bra runs a little small, so I recommend you size up 1 from your normal sports bra size.
