It was perfect for Meghan’s birthday. She got home from school and this was her after-school snack. She “Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmm’d” through the whole snack. Yes, there’s more sugar than I normally allow for a snack, but on occasion it’s okay. Silk Dairy-free Yogurt Alternative is so creamy and delicious, this parfait would be great for dessert as well!
The peanut butter syrup takes just one minute to whip up, so you won’t find a faster special treat out there. Go ahead and treat yourself.
