and asparagus roasted with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and finished with lemon zest, along with an unpictured spinach-strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing

  3. Oh my word, your Easter dinner sounds divine! Would love to have that recipe. Ours was a zucchini (tofu) frittata from fatfreevegan.com, asparagus, pineapple, homemade blueberry oatmeal donuts, and strawberry pie. It was so good! I highly recommend the frittata….it had an amazing flavor. Happy Easter!

    1. Yummy! What is your recipe for the blueberry oatmeal donuts. I have been trying to find a healthy recipe for donuts to use in my donut pan!
