I could never choose just one! Dried beans and lentils, oats, quinoa, chia seeds, a plethora of homemade nut butters, dates, raw seeds and nuts are all ALWAYS in my pantry.

Wheat germ! My Mom always used regularly when I was growing up.
Definitely cans of beans- specifically chickpeas! I try to plan ahead and make them from scratch, but they are LIFESAVERS when I need to beef up a meal and didn’t plan ahead!
