Rolled oats! Soaked oats for breakfast in the summer, traditional hot oatmeal in the winter… Innumerable topping possibilities! Also great for making homemade granola bars

Wow, it’s hard to choose as there are a few up there that I can’t live without. I think I’m the only one so far to say organic flaxseed. We add it to our cereal (almost daily) and baked goods.

Hi Maryea! I have so many staple foods that are a must have, but I would have to say that my number one is almond butter! I incorporate 1-2 tablespoons everyday in my diet! Although I must say that your blog inspired me to purchase extra virgin coconut oil, and oh my… I LOVE it:)

It is so hard to choose just one, so I will choose peanut butter and rolled oats both of which are consumed on a daily basis.

Oh man, where do I start!!?? I love and have all of those you mentioned on hand at all times, but I’m going to have to go with peanut butter. Natural. Crunchy. Unsalted. All are a must! Can’t take that fake processed stuff with added sugar and salt anymore, ugh!

Chia seeds….use them in smoothies, sandwiches, salads, oatmeal, cereal – and occassionally my son sprinkles them on his banana slices 🙂
