Ready or not, March is here tomorrow! That means we are on our third month of the Happy Healthy Mama Healthy Year Challenge. If you haven’t been joining in, that’s okay, you can start anytime! You can either join in and start with our March challenge, or go back and start with the January challenge (Cut the Sugar) and go through each challenge on your own.
February’s Challenge, Eat More Plants, has been a HUGE success at this house. Just talking about how many fruits and vegetables we’re eating has gotten my kids interested and aware of how many they’re eating and wanting to eat more. That makes me a happy mama!
So what’s next? Are you ready? For March we are doing the HEALTHY SLEEP CHALLENGE!
Sleep is such an important part of overall health. Think about how you feel when you’ve had a great night’s sleep versus a terrible night’s sleep. This month we’re going to explore ways to get the right amount of sleep for optimal health and challenge ourselves to make it happen.
You can take the challenge for just yourself, or involve your whole family. Sleep is especially important for developing children and adolescents, so this month would be a great time to focus on your kids’ sleep, too.
I have so much to say about sleep, but I want to keep this a quick announcement. Are you ready to focus on sleep this month? More information coming soon!
