This Pumpkin Protein Shake is made with protein powder and cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for over 35 grams of protein!

- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 orange
- 1 scoop (31.2 grams) pumpkin spice protein powder*
- dash of pumpkin pie spice
- dash of cinnamon
- handful of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
*If you don’t have pumpkin spice protein powder, you can use a vanilla protein powder. Increase the pumpkin pie spice to 1/2 teaspoon and the cinnamon to 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste.
