Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 cup pineapple juice, preferably without added sugar (or add an extra 1/2 cup milk)

12 large kale leaves, tough stems removed and torn into small pieces

1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

12 tablespoons chia seeds

1/4 large avocado

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until totally smooth.  Enjoy!
