This Super Foods Smoothie is a great way to start your day! It’s fresh and energizing and sets your whole day up for success.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup pineapple juice, preferably without added sugar (or add an extra 1/2 cup milk)
1–2 large kale leaves, tough stems removed and torn into small pieces
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1–2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 large avocado
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until totally smooth. Enjoy!
