This Summer Fruit Salad is spiked with a citrus-honey sauce and then topped with poppy seeds!



For the Sauce


  1. Mix all of the fruit together in a large bowl.
  2. In a small sauce pan, combine the orange juice, lime juice, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer until it is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fruit and gently mix. Top with the poppy seeds and gently mix again.
  5. Chill for one hour before serving. Enjoy!
