- 1 lb. strawberries, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (I used Xylitol)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
