- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- ¼ tsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. Crème Fraiche ( alternatively you can make a mixture of equal portions of yogurt and sour cream, or just use cream cheese)
- Cut fruits of your choice
- Equipment: Panini Maker
Instructions
- Spread some butter on the bread and place it in a heated Panini maker.
- Press down the Panini maker for 15 seconds and open and sprinkle some sugar on the melted butter and press down again.
- Remove bread from the Panini maker, spread the dressing of your choice and in the quantity you want to eat.
- Top if off with fruits and serve!
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want. Happy Mother’s Day!
