Description

This creamy and delicious Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie is super easy to make.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 medium or large banana, fresh or frozen
  • 5 strawberries, sliced (about 1 cup), fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 scoop (33 grams) strawberry protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and consume immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. I use whole Greek yogurt and whole milk. Low fat or skim may be used if you want to lower calories.
