This Power Smoothie is loaded with nutrients!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 scoops unflavored protein powder of choice (I use collagen powder)
  • 1 teaspoon maca root powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

I like Vital Proteins unflavored Marine Collagen protein powder
