These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Balls are made with a few simple ingredients and make a healthy snack or even dessert!

- 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, and salt. Add the peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- With slightly wet hands, roll into 1-inch balls.
- These may be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Best within one week. Enjoy!
