a healthy version of cookie dough!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients and process until you have a sticky mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. Can be stored at room temperature.
