Description

a healthy version of cookie dough!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients and process until you have a sticky mixture.  Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper.  Can be stored at room temperature.
