A sweet homemade soft serve recipe
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, frozen (peel bananas and freeze in a ziplock bag or freezer-safe container)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
Break your frozen bananas into a few pieces and put into the food processor. Process until the bananas are completely broken down and you have a smooth texture like that of soft serve ice cream. This will take 2-5 minutes. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon and stir or process again until they are incorporated. Don’t over-process or the soft serve will get too soft. Top each serving with 1-2 cookie dough balls and serve immediately.
