A quick and easy side dish with fresh broccoli and lemon!
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the broccoli and sauté until bright green, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and salt and sauté until just tender, another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
