- 1 cup chicken stock, vegetable stock, or water
Instructions
- Place the rice and stock/water in the inner pot of the Instant Pot pressure cooker and secure the lid.
- Press the manual or pressure cook button and adjust the time to 22 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally until float valve drops and then unlock the lid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
