This a hydrating green juice recipe that has a sweet, palpable flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 English cucumbers
- 3 hearts of Romaine lettuce
- 3 carrots
- 1 pineapple
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients to fit in your juicer’s chute.
- Process ingredients through your juicer.
- If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Chill or serve over ice.
Notes
- If using a masticating juicer, this juice will last 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If using a centifugal juicer, it should be consumed within 24 hours.
- I do not peel the cucumber or carrots before juicing, I just cut them into pieces that will fit in my juicer’s chute.
- Wash all produce well before juicing.
