Description

This a hydrating green juice recipe that has a sweet, palpable flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 3 hearts of Romaine lettuce
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 pineapple

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients to fit in your juicer’s chute.
  2. Process ingredients through your juicer.
  3. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Chill or serve over ice.

Notes

  1. If using a masticating juicer, this juice will last 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If using a centifugal juicer, it should be consumed within 24 hours.
  2. I do not peel the cucumber or carrots before juicing, I just cut them into pieces that will fit in my juicer’s chute.
  3. Wash all produce well before juicing.
