A delicious homemade Italian Dressing recipe that is sure to transform your salad into something impressive!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener (or regular sugar or honey)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve over your favorite salad. Can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. Separation is natural, shake well after it sits for a while. If the oil solidifies after refrigeration, run the container under warm water until it liquifies.
