Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mango pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 frozen spinach cube or 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 3/4–1 cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the liquid in a silicone food storage bag (or zip lock bag) and make sure all of the air is removed. Freeze until ready to make the smoothie.
- When ready to prepare the smoothie, transfer the frozen ingredients to the blender. Add liquid and blend until smooth.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 minutes
