  • 1/2 cup mango pieces
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1 frozen spinach cube or 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 3/41 cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the liquid in a silicone food storage bag (or zip lock bag) and make sure all of the air is removed. Freeze until ready to make the smoothie.
  2. When ready to prepare the smoothie, transfer the frozen ingredients to the blender. Add liquid and blend until smooth.
