Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 frozen spinach cube, or 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3/41 cup vanilla almond milk*

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the liquid in a silicone food storage bag (or zip lock bag) and make sure all of the air is removed. Freeze until ready to make the smoothie.
  2. When ready to prepare the smoothie, transfer the frozen ingredients to the blender. Add liquid and blend until smooth.
