  1. In a small sauce pan, combine the rolled oats, Sucanat, and water and bring it to a boil over medium heat.  Reduce the heat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. {Hint:  do this step the night before!}
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled cooked oatmeal, peaches, almond milk, dates, cinnamon, and vanilla and process until smooth.  Enjoy!
