These delicious pumpkin muffins, spiked with fall flavors, are gluten free and sweetened with honey!

Wet Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup Our Family Honey
- 1/3 cup avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
Dry ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups or oil and flour the muffin cups.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and use a wooden spoon to stir until the ingredients are combined.
- Fill each muffin cup almost to the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick placed in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 22-25 minutes. Enjoy!
