Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups or oil and flour the muffin cups.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and use a wooden spoon to stir until the ingredients are combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup almost to the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick placed in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 22-25 minutes. Enjoy!
