  1. Put the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, paprika and lemon juice in a food processor.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and process.  Add the bean liquid as needed to create a smooth puree.  {I used about 3/4 cup liquid}  Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
