- 4 cups whole wheat pastry flour*
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and store in an air-tight container. To ensure the freshness of your whole wheat flour, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
When you are ready to make your pancakes, simply add the following to 1 cup of the dry mix:
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
This will serve 2-4 people, depending on appetite.
*If you don’t have whole wheat pastry flour, use half whole wheat flour and half unbleached white flour.
