Cucumber Peach Salsa Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 smaller cucumbers, medium diced
  • 2 peaches, pitted and medium diced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (affiliate link)*
  • 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. If time, allow salsa to sit for flavors to develop. Enjoy!

*Leave this out if you don’t like a spicy salsa.
