Put all of the ingredients except the egg noodles in the Crock Pot.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
At the end of the cooking time, remove the chicken and add the noodles to the pot.
Remove the skin (if your chicken breasts had skin) and bones from the chicken meat and chop or shred the meat. Put the meat back into the pot and allow the noodles to cook 5-10 more minutes on low, until they are soft. Remove the bay leaf and serve. Enjoy!
