- 1 large slice of sour dough bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
Choose your topping combination:
- 1/2 avocado + everything bagel seasoning
- 2 sliced strawberries + shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana, sliced + cinnamon + almond butter + drizzle of honey
- 5 mini tomatoes, quartered + 3 basil leaves, chiffonade + drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Place your sour dough bread in the toaster until browned and toasted.
- Top with 1/2 cup cottage cheese*. Use a spoon to evenly spread. For savory toppings, add salt and pepper to the cottage cheese, if desired. For sweet, just sprinkle with salt, if desired.
- Add desired toppings. Enjoy!
