Description
A delicious way to get some fruit and healthy fat into your kids’ diet, this Strawberry Smoothie is delicious.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (dairy or nondairy)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- a little ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Recipe Notes:
- You can use frozen strawberries, especially helpful when strawberries aren’t in season. Eliminate the ice if you do so.
- You’ll need full-fat, canned coconut milk for this recipe, not the carton kind.
- Raw honey has the most health benefits, but regular honey will work as well. Honey should not be consumed by babies under 1 year of age.
