Description

These Coconut Lime Protein Popsicles are refreshing and make a delicious summer treat. They are dairy free  and Keto and diabetic friendly.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to popsicle molds and place in the freezer until solid.
  3. To remove from mold, run under water until the popsicle comes loose. Store in the freezer.

Notes

*I have not tried it, but lite coconut milk will probably work.

**You may also try 1/4 cup honey, agave sector, erythritol, or regular sugar.

***Your favorite protein powder may be substituted, I recommend unflavored, unsweetened
