- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to whip the ingredients until combined and fluffy.
- Serve with fruit.
Notes
*Sifting the cocoa powder makes for a smoother result. It takes 30 seconds and is worth the effort. Use a flour sifter, or if you don’t have one, any fine mesh sieve will work.
