- 1 pint fresh blueberries (large blueberries work best)
- 1 1/2 cups stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- After washing your blueberries, dry them well.
- Using a double boiler or microwave, melt your chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a medium bowl.
- Add the blueberries to the bowl of melted chocolate and stir until they are fully coated.
- Use a spoon to drop the blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the chocolate covered blueberries are firm.
