Description

These Chocolate-Covered Blueberries are the EASIEST and healthiest treat. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, fresh blueberries, dark chocolate, and coconut oil, you’ll want to keep these on hand at all times. Using stevia-sweetened chocolate chips means these have no added sugar!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries (large blueberries work best)
  • 1 1/2 cups stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. After washing your blueberries, dry them well.
  2. Using a double boiler or microwave, melt your chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the blueberries to the bowl of melted chocolate and stir until they are fully coated.
  4. Use a spoon to drop the blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in clusters.
  5.  Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the chocolate covered blueberries are firm.
