This Carrot Ginger juice is a little sweet from the carrots with a spicy zing from the fresh ginger!


  • 8 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 inch piece ginger


  1. Wash and cut off the tough ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that will fit in your juicer.
  2. Wash and cut the celery stalks into sizes that will fit in your juicer.
  3. Wash your fresh ginger.
  4. Use your juicer to juice all of the ingredients.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp.  Serve cold!
