This Carrot Ginger juice is a little sweet from the carrots with a spicy zing from the fresh ginger!

- 8 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 inch piece ginger
Instructions
- Wash and cut off the tough ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that will fit in your juicer.
- Wash and cut the celery stalks into sizes that will fit in your juicer.
- Wash your fresh ginger.
- Use your juicer to juice all of the ingredients.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp. Serve cold!
