- 2 1/2 cups fine almond flour
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone
baking mat. Set aside. - In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until a smooth
dough is formed. - Roll into balls and place on the cookie sheet. Use a fork to press down each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, until the edges are just starting to brown.
Allow to cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
