Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Description

This is a simple recipe that works well for breakfast, a dinner side dish, or even an appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 2430 asparagus spears
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 810 slices bacon (preferably uncured)

Instructions

 

  1. Cut the tough, woody ends off of your asparagus and place in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle it with the oil and spices and toss to evenly coat the spears.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  4. Hold 3 spears together and starting at the bottom, wrap one slice of bacon tightly around the 3 spears.
  5. Place the bacon wrapped asparagus spears in your air fryer in a single layer, do not overlap.
  6. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, turning the bundles at least once during the cooking time. Check for doneness at 10 minutes and add time as necessary.
