Yogurt Parfaits


A delicious, healthy and tasty breakfast


  • 1/2 cup blueberries (or other fruit of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup maple cinnamon granola


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla, and honey, if using.  Assemble the parfait in a bowl or small glass.  Add your blueberries, top with prepared yogurt, and finish with granola.  Serve right away, or store it in the fridge until ready to eat.
