A great vegan alternative!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon, frozen (cube and freeze ahead of time)
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • juice of one lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey (I used agave nectar), or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  You may need to help the blender a bit to get the ingredients going.  Serve immediately.  This melts fast, so if you aren’t planning on serving immediately, keep it in the freezer until you are ready to serve it.  If it gets to hard, simply let it thaw a bit before eating.
