Vitamin C Fruit Smoothie recipe orange smoothie with a strawberry garnish

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, dairy or nondairy
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 cup strawberry chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • handful of ice cubes

Instructions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
