This is a fruit smoothie that’s filled with vitamin C and perfect for boosting the immune system!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, dairy or nondairy
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 cup strawberry chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • handful of ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
