Description
This avocado pudding is creamy and healthy!
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 raw agave (honey or maple syrup can be substituted here, but I prefer the more neutral flavor of agave)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
- Optional Toppings: chocolate chips, peanuts, or other nuts
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. (A food processor can also be used, but I like the results in my blender better.) Chill before serving. You can serve right away, but we like this better when it’s cold. Enjoy!
