Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup yogurt*
- 1/8 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
*I used full-fat yogurt as fat is extremely important for the developing brains of babies under 2. If you have an older child, you may want to use low-fat or non-fat yogurt.
