Description

A homemade snack thats so easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 15 small pitted dates (I used the kind you can get at the regular grocery store {Dole brand}, not the fancy Medjool kind)
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until you have a gooey mass of date/peanut goodness.
  2. Next, empty the mixture onto a piece of wax paper.  Press it into a small rectangle.  Then, use a knife to cut the bars into a size you like.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
