A homemade snack thats so easy to make!
Ingredients

- 15 small pitted dates (I used the kind you can get at the regular grocery store {Dole brand}, not the fancy Medjool kind)
- 1/4 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until you have a gooey mass of date/peanut goodness.
- Next, empty the mixture onto a piece of wax paper. Press it into a small rectangle. Then, use a knife to cut the bars into a size you like.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
