A super tasty smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup coconut water or regular water (use less for a thicker smoothie)
- 1 cup pineapple cubes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 granny smith apple, cut into chunks
- 1 loosely packed cup kale that’s been torn into small pieces (spinach will work, too)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. I use a Vita-Mix blender; if your blender is not very powerful you may want to peel your apple first. Enjoy!
